Russian President Vladimir Putin has damaged his silence on the airplane crash that killed high leaders of the Wagner mercenary group. Talking on the Kremlin, Putin expressed his condolences to the households of the ten individuals aboard the jet, together with mercenary head Yevgeny Prigozhin, who he described as a “gifted man” with a “tough future.”

Putin made the remarks on Thursday whereas talking with the Russian-installed chief of Ukraine’s partially-occupied Donetsk area, Denis Pushilin, in a televised interview.

Putin additionally pledged to analyze the causes of the crash, which occurred shortly after the airplane took off from Moscow airport on Wednesday.
